William C. Rambicure is of counsel in the firm's Lexington office. Bill, an AV Martindale-Hubbell peer reviewed attorney, has more than thirty years experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil lawsuits. Bill focuses on complex commercial litigation, equine disputes, personal injury cases, employment discrimination and retaliation cases, whistleblower disputes, and business and contract disputes.

Bill began his career working at a mid-sized Lexington, Kentucky firm, Sturgill, Turner, and Truitt. In 1990, Bill and two other attorneys formed the Lexington, Kentucky law firm Newberry, Hargrove and Rambicure, PSC, where Bill managed the litigation practice group. In 1997, Bill and two associates formed a boutique firm specializing entirely on civil litigation matters. Bill joined Miller Wells effective September 1, 2012.

Bill has been involved in the following professional organizations: the Kentucky Bar Association, where he was a member of the Lawyers Professionalism Committee from 1993 - 2000; the Fayette County Bar Association, where he held a number of offices, including serving as President from 1998-1999; the American Bar Association; the Kentucky Justice Association; and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Bill was also a Director and is a past President of the Fayette County Bar Association Pro Bono Program, Inc. Bill has spoken at numerous continuing legal education seminars over the years in the areas of civil litigation, equine law, and employment law.

Bill received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1981. Bill is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
